Resort Sponsorship and Marketing Opportunities

Fueling adventure.
Strengthening community.

Looking back to the winter of 2023-24, we remember huge Nor’east storms, the fun of the 50th Great Northern Concrete Toboggan Race, a hilarious daytime Dummy Downhill, and the smiles of the thousands of guests who joined us to ski and snowboard.

We also remember the support of businesses from across Eastern Newfoundland. As a not-for-profit organization, sponsorship from the local business community ensures our success. Thank you!

Please consider sponsoring White Hills Resort this season

Depending on the package you choose, you’ll also receive a Season Pass (or passes) and lift tickets that are transferable. You can use them as gifts for clients, recognition for employees, or give them to family and friends.

Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship Limits

Sponsorships are limited to one package per company, per season.
Multiple packages cannot be purchased to accumulate additional benefits or exposure.

Signage and Additional Exposure

White Hills Resort covers the cost of chair-back and Magic Carpet signage included in the selected sponsorship package. Sponsor artwork must meet the resort’s specifications and be submitted by the required deadline. Any additional signage or exposure beyond the package’s inclusions requires prior approval from White Hills Resort and must be paid for by the sponsoring company.

Corporate Season Passes

Corporate season passes may be shared for use but must remain under the sponsoring company’s control.
They may not be resold or offered as prizes in draws, raffles, contests, or giveaways.

One-Day Lift Tickets

One-day lift tickets may be given to employees, clients, family, and friends, or used as prizes in draws, raffles, contests, or giveaways. They may not be resold.

Merchant Pop-Ups

All pop-up arrangements must be discussed with and approved by management in advance, including dates, location, and products or services offered. Sponsorship does not include ongoing vendor access. Food and beverage vendors may be declined if they compete with resort operations.
